Refund policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Deterville Audio, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland.
1. Cancellations Before Work Has Started
An order may be cancelled before any work has started.
In such cases, a refund may be granted at our discretion.
Any payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once work has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. No Refund After Work Has Started
Due to the nature of custom digital services, no refunds or cancellations are available once work has started.
By placing an order, the Client expressly agrees that:
› The service begins immediately after payment.
› Any right to cancellation or refund is waived once processing has started.

3. Technical Errors
Refunds may be granted only if:
› A verifiable technical error was caused directly by Deterville Audio
› The issue cannot reasonably be corrected through revisions or re-delivery.
Technical errors do not include:
› Dissatisfaction based on personal taste
› Issues caused by poor recording quality
› Problems originating from Client-provided files

4. Revisions Are Not Refunds
Revisions are part of the service as defined:
› One (1) revision is included for Mixing and Mastering
› Additional revisions are available for an extra fee
Requesting or receiving a revision does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Deterville Audio before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, in order to resolve the issue directly.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
› Immediate termination of services
› Loss of access to delivered files
› Refusal of future services
