Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Deterville Audio, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland ("Provider", "we", "us").By placing an order, the customer ("Client", "you") agrees to these Terms.
1. Services
Deterville Audio provides digital audio services, including but not limited to:

› Mixing
› Mastering
› Mixing & Mastering

PackagesAll services are delivered digitally unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
2. Order Process & Delivery
2.1 Standard Delivery
Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on the selected service and workload.

2.2 Express Delivery
Express delivery may be offered for an additional fee. Availability and pricing are displayed at checkout or agreed individually.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Revisions
› One (1) revision is included for Mixing and Mastering services.
› No revisions are included for free samples or demo services.
› Each additional revision is charged

.A revision includes reasonable adjustments based on the original request. Major changes or new creative directions may be considered a new order.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client confirms and guarantees that:

› They own or have full rights to all submitted audio files and materials.
› The submitted files do not infringe third-party rights.
› The quality of recordings is the Client’s responsibility.

Deterville Audio is not responsible for limitations in the final result caused by poor recording quality or technically flawed source material.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in CHF unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due in advance before work begins.
Work starts only after successful payment.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 No Refund After Work Has Started
Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are granted once work has begun.
By placing an order, the Client expressly agrees that the service begins immediately and waives any right of withdrawal once processing starts.

6.2 Technical Errors
Refunds may be granted only in cases of verifiable technical errors directly caused by Deterville Audio and where correction is not reasonably possible.
7. Usage Rights & Portfolio Use
7.1 Client Rights
Upon full payment, the Client receives full, unlimited usage rights to the final delivered audio.

7.2 Provider Rights
Deterville Audio reserves the right to use finished projects (including excerpts) for:

› Portfolio
› Website
› Social media
› Promotional purposes

If the Client wishes to opt out, they must notify us in writing before delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Deterville Audio shall not be liable for:

› Indirect or consequential damages
› Loss of profit or data
› Claims resulting from third-party rights violations by Client material

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.The place of jurisdiction is Canton Lucerne, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
